Position: Concrete Finisher

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some overtime/occasional weekends)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Concrete Finisher to join our team. You will work alongside experienced professionals to pour, finish, and ensure the quality of concrete in various outdoor construction projects, including driveways, walkways, and patios. If you're interested in learning and honing your skills in concrete work, we'll provide you with on-the-job training and the opportunity for career growth.

Responsibilities

Pour, level, and finish concrete surfaces with attention to detail Assist with preparing, setting, and maintaining forms for concrete pours Mix and pour concrete, ensuring proper consistency and quality Smooth and finish concrete using hand and power tools Maintain safety on the worksite and ensure site cleanliness Work collaboratively with a team of professionals and follow supervisor instructions Assist with general site preparation and cleanup

Requirements

Interest in concrete finishing and outdoor construction work Ability to use or learn to use hand and power tools (training provided) Physically fit and capable of working in all weather conditions Strong attention to detail and high standards of craftsmanship Team player with excellent communication skills Punctual, reliable, and eager to learn Driver's license preferred but not required
