Concrete Falsework/Scaffold Erectors
We are currently seeking Concrete Falsework/Scaffold Erectors for concrete projects located in Regina. We offer competitive wages, work / life balance, great opportunity for advancement, and training.

Responsibilities
Unload scaffolding equipment Ensure a stable base for scaffolding Erect scaffolding poles Fix scaffolding to buildings or structures Lay planks for workers to walk on Fix guard rails and safety netting Dismantle scaffolding when a project is complete
Requirements
Follow strict health and safety rules Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) Follow safety programs and legislation Be physically fit, as the job involves lifting, carrying, pulling, and moving heavy items Be able to bend, climb, kneel, and use ropes Be proficient in reading blueprints Have knowledge of using hand and power tools Understand how to use power/small tools such as plate tampers, carb saws, etc. Ability to work long hours (10+ hour days) outdoors in various weather conditions Physical able to perform heavy manual tasks, including lifting, shoveling, moving heavy materials up to 50lbs Working understanding of site hazard assessments and able to complete daily safety documentation in an accurate and timely manner Be fit for duty and prepared for work each day Positive attitude / team player * Strong communication / listening skills and ability to follow direction
