Position Overview:

In this position, you'll be at the heart of our operations, batching concrete and operating a loader to ensure high-quality mixes for our customers. This is a hands-on role that offers the chance to work with advanced batching equipment, maintain quality standards, and support a wide range of impactful projects in our community. We provide on-site training to make this an ideal opportunity for both experienced operators and those eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience operating loader (e.g. CAT, Komatsu, etc.) Valid loader/operator license or relevant certification Strong safety awareness and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in concrete batching or similar role Understanding of concrete mixes and materials Strong organizational and communication skills

Job Responsibilities:

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently Load materials into hoppers, trucks and stockpiles Perform daily machine checks and basic maintenance Follow all site safety procedures and company policies Operate batching plant to produce concrete according to specifications Monitor material stock levels and ensure correct input ratios Communicate with dispatch and delivery drivers Maintain records and ensure batching logs are accurate and up to date
