Job Description

The part-time Doorman provides first hand customer service and security to residents and guests in the residential building. The Doorman is responsible for daily interaction and delivering efficient customer service, including, but not limited to greeting residents and guests, notifying residents of guest arrivals, logging resident package deliveries, and answering general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador for the Realstar property, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
• Greet residents and guests, address inquiries and concerns.
• Operate building systems (daily logs, parcel logs and deliveries).
• Monitor and assist with amenity reservations.
• Direct visitors to elevators and facilities.
• Maintain general cleanliness of the front of house areas.
• Ability to assist residents with package pickup.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills and Experience Required

• Hospitality, Administrative or Retail experience preferred.
• Customer service oriented/pleasant demeanour.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy items up to 50 lbs (where applicable).
• Bilingual English/French preferred.
