We are seeking a Concierge to join our downtown Toronto team. This role provides a welcoming and professional presence at the property, ensuring exceptional service to tenants, visitors, and the public. This role is responsible for creating a safe and secure environment, supporting property operations, and assisting with administrative and property management duties. The Concierge plays a key role in maintaining the property's standards while facilitating smooth operations and positive tenant experiences.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES




Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, visitors, and brokers, delivering outstanding customer service. Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring the property, taking proactive measures to protect tenants, visitors, and the premises. Conduct tours of vacant spaces in coordination with brokers and prospective tenants. Perform administrative tasks, including tracking property systems, processes, and tenant requests. Assist with property management duties, including supporting capital initiatives and ongoing operational projects. Coordinate appointments and access with contractors for landlord and tenant requirements. Support communication between tenants, property management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely issue resolution.

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES




Previous experience in customer service, security, or property management preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and approachable demeanor. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in sensitive situations. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond effectively to emergencies or unexpected situations. Basic administrative skills, including familiarity with property management systems and office software. A proactive, service-oriented attitude with a commitment to enhancing tenant experience and property operations. Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.
