As a Concierge Security Guard at the industrial site, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people all shift, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

- Full-time opportunity (32hrs weekly): Monday to Thusday 2230 - 0630 (overnights)
- Uniform provided at no cost
- Customer service duties like welcome, check identification, and guide visitors
- Manage access control
- Conduct foot patrols to identify potential risks
- Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
- Perform computer tasks
- Address incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
- Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
- Answer questions in person or by phone
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid security license
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
