Depuis le lobby des residences, le concierge residentiel repond aux diverses demandes des proprietaires en evaluant avec precision quels sont les besoins et demandes des residents ; il offre des recommandations et des touches personnelles pour creer la satisfaction maximale chez les residents, en se conformant aux politiques de Four Seasons.

Responsabilites principales

Traiter toutes les interactions avec les residents avec le plus grand degre daEUR(TM)hospitalite et de professionnalisme en accommodant les demandes speciales lorsque possible ; resoudre les plaintes des residents ; aider les residents par rapport aux services de la residence/de laEUR(TM)hatel, des heures de fonctionnement, du personnel cle de la residence ou de laEUR(TM)hatel, des evenements internes, des directions, etc. Repondre a toutes les demandes des residents avec exactitude et rapidite, en donnant des recommandations reposant sur la connaissance locale et les pratiques de la residence.

Traiter les colis, les telecopies, les messages et les courriels (entrants et sortants) de maniare precise et ponctuelle ; conserver et recuperer les colis des residents, leurs epiceries, leurs bagages, leurs vatements du nettoyage a sec et les fleurs.

Gerer et donner laEUR(TM)accas aux edifices et unites a tous les fournisseurs/sous-traitants/fournisseurs de services/visiteurs des proprietaires apras en avoir reau laEUR(TM)autorisation, participer a laEUR(TM)elaboration de laEUR(TM)horaire des fournisseurs/sous-traitants, verifier laEUR(TM)identite et donner laEUR(TM)accas qui convient aux fournisseurs/sous-traitants/fournisseurs de services du proprietaire. Contraler laEUR(TM)accas aux portes daEUR(TM)entree et aux ascenseurs.

Veiller a la securite et empacher les personnes non autorisees daEUR(TM)avoir accas pendant la nuit, effectuer 1-2 rondes des aires publiques residentielles pendant le quart de travail.

Verifier que la documentation et laEUR(TM)information presentees sur les restaurants, musees, attractions, plans et autres points daEUR(TM)interat locaux sont actuelles et mises a jour. Connaatre les activites offertes en ville (theatre, sport, concerts, spectacles, expositions speciales, visites touristiques) et etablir des liens etroits avec les fournisseurs de ces secteurs afin daEUR(TM)offrir de laEUR(TM)information, des billets et des reservations aux residents.

Actualiser les profils des proprietaires en saisissant toute information pertinente.

Utiliser divers logiciels pour saisir les modalites speciales avec exactitude (comme les demandes techniques et daEUR(TM)entretien menager) prises par les residents, et verifier que la facturation est adequate.

Surveiller le panneau daEUR(TM)alerte incendie ; reagir a toute situation daEUR(TM)urgence, par exemple en donnant accas aux lieux au personnel des services daEUR(TM)urgence (pompiers, ambulanciers, etc.).

Coordonner la reservation des ascenseurs lors des demenagements (entrants ou sortants) apras la premiare periode daEUR(TM)occupation.

Se conformer aux lignes directrices, politiques et procedures Four Seasons.

Travailler harmonieusement et professionnellement avec les collagues et les superviseurs.

Aider les preposes de services aux residents a saEUR(TM)acquitter de leurs taches et responsabilites en leur absence, ou durant les periodes de grand achalandage.

Travailler etroitement avec laEUR(TM)hatel pour que les livraisons, reservations et demandes speciales des residents soient traitees sans encombre.

Travaille etroitement avec le personnel de nuit de laEUR(TM)hatel pour veiller a la securite generale de laEUR(TM)edifice.

Veiller en tout temps a laEUR(TM)etat optimal du lobby des residences en matiare de proprete et de soin.

Effectuer daEUR(TM)autres taches et projets, sur demande du directeur des residences.

Aptitudes et competences

Disponible pour travailler a n'importe quel quart de travail, y compris le matin, l'apras-midi, le soir et pendant la nuit.

2 ans daEUR(TM)etudes post-secondaires est privilegiee.

1 a 3 ans daEUR(TM)experience en conciergerie dans un milieu luxueux.

Une experience comme concierge Four Seasons est privilegiee.

Excellentes aptitudes de communication.

Maatrise du franaais et de laEUR(TM)anglais, a laEUR(TM)oral et a laEUR(TM)ecrit ; langue supplementaire un atout.

Aptitude a utiliser plusieurs logiciels divers.

Residential Concierge

Job Summary

Operating from the Residential Lobby, the Residential Concierge responds to a wide variety of homeowner requests by accurately assessing the residentaEUR(TM)s needs and inquiries; offering personal recommendations and personalized touches to achieve maximum resident satisfaction while complying with all Four SeasonsaEUR(TM) policies.

Core Responsibilities

Handles all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism - accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolves resident complaints; assists residents in all inquiries in connection with residence/hotel services, hours of operations, key residence/hotel personnel, in-house events, directions, etc. Responds to all resident requests in an accurate and timely manner making recommendations based on local knowledge and residence practices;

Processes packages, faxes, messages, and mail which may be either outgoing or incoming in an accurate and timely manner; stores and retrieves resident packages, groceries, luggage, dry cleaning and flowers. Coordinates with Valet parking staff the retrieval of residentaEUR(TM)s vehicles;

Manages and provides access to the building(s) and units with all vendor/contractor/homeownersaEUR(TM) service providers and visitors, after previous authorisation received, assists with vendor/contractor scheduling, verifies identity and provides appropriate residence access for vendor/contractors and homeownersaEUR(TM) service providers. Controls entry doors and elevator/lift access;

Maintains security and restricts access to non-authorised individuals during overnight hours, does 1-2 rounds of the residenceaEUR(TM)s public areas per shift;

Ensures that collateral and information for vendors, restaurants, museums, attractions, maps, and other local attractions are updated and current. Is knowledgeable about what activities are available in the local vicinity (theatre, sports, concerts, shows, special exhibits, sightseeing) and establishes close relationships with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, transportation, ticketing, and reservations for residents;

Updates homeowner profiles with any relevant information;

Utilizes a variety of software programs to accurately input special arrangements (i.e. Engineering and Housekeeping requests) the resident has made and ensures accurate billing;

Monitors the fire alarm panel; responds to any emergency situation, such as providing access to emergency personnel - fire department, ambulance, etc.;

Coordinates the booking of the elevators/lifts for move-in or move-out after the 1st occupancy period is over;

Complies with all Four SeasonsaEUR(TM) guidelines, policies and procedures;

Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors;

Assists Resident Service Attendants with responsibilities and duties in their absence or due to heavy volume periods;

Works closely with hotel to ensure smooth handling of residentaEUR(TM)s deliveries, reservations and special requests;

Works closely with hotel/resort night shift to ensure the general security of the building;

Ensures that the Residential Lobby is in optimal condition of cleanliness and tidiness at all times;

Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the Director of Residences;

Desired Skills and Competencies

Available to work any shift, including morning, afternoon, evening and overnight;

At least two years of post-secondary education is preferred;

One to three years of concierge experience in a luxury environment;

Previous Four Seasons concierge experience is preferred;

Excellent communication skills;

Fluent in French and English, written and verbal; an additional language an asset;

Ability to use variety of software;
