Role Description
The Concierge plays a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for tenants, residents, and guests. This position serves as the first point of contact and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring a smooth daily operation within the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome tenants, residents, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Manage front desk operations, including answering calls, emails, and handling package deliveries.
Coordinate tenant and resident services such as reservations, maintenance requests, and event notifications.
Liaise with property management, security, and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless building operation.
Monitor building access, ensuring a safe and secure environment.
Maintain an organized and updated database of contacts, service requests, and other relevant information.
Handle emergency situations with professionalism and follow established protocols.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a concierge, customer service, or hospitality role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other property management software is an asset.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
