Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Concessions Cook to

join our food service team. The Concessions Cook will be

responsible for preparing and serving food items quickly and

efficiently during events, games, or high-traffic periods, while

maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food

quality.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, concessions, or short order cooking preferred

Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food

preparation techniques

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Strong multitasking and time management skills

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Must be dependable, punctual, and customer-service

oriented

Food Handler's Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)

may be required depending on location.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook concessions food items such as fries,

burgers, poutine, pizza, hot dogs, sandwiches, salads etc...

Operate concession equipment safely and efficiently

(popcorn machines, grills, fryers, etc.).

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of cooking and

serving areas following health and safety regulations.

Assist with stocking and inventory management to

ensure sufficient supplies.

Provide friendly and prompt customer service at the

concession stand.

Adhere to all food safety guidelines and company policies.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth

operations during events or peak times.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Ability to work in a hot, fast-paced environment.

Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $15.65 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 60 per week
