About Us:

We are a fast-paced food concession stand dedicated to delivering excellent service and high-quality food to our customers. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Food Concession Worker.

Key Responsibilities:

Opening & Closing:

Be responsible for opening and closing the concession, ensuring all equipment is operational, and all necessary preparations are made.

Cash Handling:

Accurately handle cash, process transactions, and complete daily deposits.

Food Safety & Maintenance:

Operate and clean industrial deep fryers and grills safely. Keep the concession stand sanitized and organized by sweeping, mopping, and performing deep cleaning using chemicals.

Stocking & Inventory:

Stock food and beverages, ensuring proper rotation of products and maintaining a fresh inventory.

Customer Service:

Provide excellent service with a high level of professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction even in high-pressure situations.

Food Safety Certification:

Willingness to obtain Food Handler Safety Certification and/or Smart Serve Certification.

Requirements:

Ability to work evenings (including Thursday nights) and weekends. Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in food service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to stand for long periods and handle physically demanding tasks. Must be willing to work around hot equipment and maintain a clean and safe workspace. Strong communication and customer service skills. A strong sense of responsibility and reliability.

Experience:

Food industry: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:

Food Handlers Safety Certificate (preferred) Smart Serve (preferred)
