Overview

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Concession Attendant to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, and managing transactions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, strong attention to sanitation and safety standards, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of concession foods and beverages following established recipes and safety guidelines Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for accurate order processing and cash handling Manage cash register transactions efficiently, ensuring proper change is given and receipts are issued Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety standards Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities Ensure timely service during busy periods while maintaining high-quality standards Assist customers with questions about menu items and provide excellent customer service Follow all food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation at all times Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders simultaneously during peak hours

Qualifications

Previous experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environment preferred Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety regulations and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Experience in cashiering, food handling, or serving roles is desirable Kitchen or food industry experience is beneficial but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
