Key Responsibilities
Accurately manage all cash and inventory within assigned concession stand
Ensure safe, clean, and sanitary working conditions
Prepare for daily and peak-hour sales volumes
Communicate change requirements to the Cash Room Supervisor
Complete all cashier-related paperwork (inventory sheets, spoilage reports, etc.)
Confirm register accuracy and ensure correct pricing
Monitor proper recording of employee meals and vouchers
Follow all cash handling policies and procedures
Deliver pleasant, efficient service to all guests
Accurately charge customers based on approved pricing
Verify ID for all alcohol purchases
Perform other event-related duties as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Cash handling experience is an asset
Familiarity with alcohol management procedures is required
Responsible Beverage Service Certificate preferred
Valid
Food Handler's Certification
required
Ability to work quickly and effectively in a high-pressure, team environment
Strong communication skills
English proficiency required
