1. Computational storage innovation, involve the new technologies/standard/scenarios. Computational storage architecture roadmap with industry emerging standard and hardware etc.

2. Lead team to deliver the demo of computational storage. From concept/design to implementation etc.

3. Computational storage ecosystem construction, from application/API/hardware to multiple new storage media and chipset

4. C-level customer technology management, align the NA requirements, transform their RM to product features.

5. Roll out computational storage challenge topics, lead academic community to do more research on that

Qualifications

1. 20+ Years' experience on storage architecture design, especially on computational storage or new storage architecture, such as base on SCM/Ferroelectric etc.

2. Expertise on storage data path services and DPU offload storage path

3. Deep understanding emerging scenario requirements and system data management challenges, roll out new data storage system to satisfy those new requirements, such as self-driving/IoT/edge/Cloud.

4. In-depth knowledge of system-level software engineering: UNIX /Linux kernel development and debugging, computer architectures (x86, MIPS), embedded systems, distributed systems

5. Ability to work exceptionally effectively individually and multi-Zone/multi-Site team
