Nous sommes \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\xe2\x80\x99une(e) Comptable S\xc3\xa9nior bilingue Fran\xc3\xa7ais/Anglais, poste hybride, pour personne pouvant se d\xc3\xa9placer au bureau \xc3\xa0 Longueuil, Qu\xc3\xa9bec.

Responsabilit\xc3\xa9s

Dans ce poste, relevant de la Chef, comptabilit\xc3\xa9, vous aurez la responsabilit\xc3\xa9 de la pr\xc3\xa9paration des fins de mois, des \xc3\xa9tats financiers ainsi que le traitement de la paie. Vous aurez \xc3\xa9galement les responsabilit\xc3\xa9s comptables suivantes sans s\xe2\x80\x99y limiter:

Effectuer les \xc3\xa9critures comptables r\xc3\xa9currentes, p\xc3\xa9riodiques ou occasionnelles.

Effectuer les analyses de postes de bilan/r\xc3\xa9sultats sur une base mensuelle.

Interpr\xc3\xa9ter les r\xc3\xa9sultats financiers et effectuer des rapports d\xe2\x80\x99analyse d\xe2\x80\x99\xc3\xa9carts.

Superviser les r\xc3\xa9conciliations effectu\xc3\xa9es par les analystes financiers.

R\xc3\xa9pondre aux demandes internes des divers d\xc3\xa9partements (Corpo, Finances, Ventes ou Marketing).

Participer et supporter les v\xc3\xa9rificateurs lors de l\xe2\x80\x99audit annuel.

Superviser les d\xc3\xa9clarations p\xc3\xa9riodiques des Taxes de ventes TPS/TVP/TVH.

Participer activement dans le dossier des Cr\xc3\xa9dits R&D.

Participer aux projets quelconques au besoin

Optimiser les processus internes en sugg\xc3\xa9rant de nouvelles m\xc3\xa9thodes de travail et en implantant des syst\xc3\xa8mes de validation, le tout pour am\xc3\xa9liorer l\xe2\x80\x99efficacit\xc3\xa9 du d\xc3\xa9partement

Exigences requises

• Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en administration des affaires, comptabilit\xc3\xa9.
• Titre comptable CPA est un atout;
• Minimum de 5 \xc3\xa0 7 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un r\xc3\xb4le similaire;
• Parfaitement bilingue anglais et fran\xc3\xa7ais;
• Exp\xc3\xa9rience en entreprise;
• Excellente connaissance des syst\xc3\xa8mes de gestion informatis\xc3\xa9s;
• Connaissance d\xe2\x80\x99ADP est un atout.
• R\xc3\xa9putation de d\xc3\xa9vouement, d\xe2\x80\x99ing\xc3\xa9niosit\xc3\xa9 et de capacit\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 travailler de fa\xc3\xa7on autonome et en \xc3\xa9quipe.
• Excellentes qualit\xc3\xa9s de proactivit\xc3\xa9 et esprit d\xe2\x80\x99initiative ; une solide capacit\xc3\xa9 d\xe2\x80\x99organisation et un souci du d\xc3\xa9tail sont essentiels.

We are looking for a Senior Accountant, bilingual French/English, remote role with the ability to be onsite in our office in Longueuil, Quebec as needed.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for preparing month-ends, financial statements, and payroll. You will also have the following accounting responsibilities, not limited to:

• Act as contract officer and be responsible for deferred revenue accounts (service agreements), from invoicing to reconciliations.
• Act as revenue controller by invoicing all new acquisitions and product installations.
• Maintain customer relations for each new acquisition and handle or redirect issues to the appropriate department.
• Provide and communicate required reports to sales department as needed.
• Perform month-end postings and analyses.
• Perform monthly P&L and balance sheet analyses.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements.
• Prepare and interpret financial results and variance analysis reports.
• Participate and support auditors during annual audit.
• Prepare GST/QST/SAS reports.
• Prepare bank reconciliations.

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, accounting.
• CPA accounting designation is an asset.
• Minimum of 5 to 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role.
• Fluently bilingual in English and French.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of computerized management systems.
• Knowledge of ADP is an asset.
• Dedicated, resourceful, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrate proactive and initiative, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to a changing environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate well with all stakeholders.
