The possibilities are endless.
Due to IPC being in the early stages of manufacturing and distribution, the ideal candidate will need to lend a hand wherever it is needed and wear many hats.

The ideal candidate will need to be able to travel outside of Canada for training (If required).

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Manufacturing experience.

The responsibilities of the Compound operator at IPC are a guideline, and not limited to compounding

Skills

Operations Monitoring - Watching Gauges, Dials, controls, Weighing/Measuring and ensure all machinery is working properly.

Operation and Control - Controlling operations of equipment or systems.

Quality Control Analysis - Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.

Monitoring - Monitoring/Assessing performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action.

Equipment Maintenance - Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.

Experience:

Manufacturing Operator: 2 years (preferred) Lift truck certified (preferred)
Working from heights (An Asset)

Ability to lift 50lb. (Mandatory)
