• Demonstrate safe, environmentally sound and healthy work behaviours at all times, supporting the client\'s Health and Safety Policies, programs and initiatives.
• Remanufacture components (engines, transmissions, torque converters, wheels, differentials) to Caterpillar standards.
• Prepare service reports and quality documentation in an accurate and timely manner.
• Consistently produce products of superior quality while meeting the rebuild TRG\'s (Time Requirement Guidelines) as published for various components.
• Ensure customers\' expectations are met in a safe, efficient, knowledgeable and professional manner

Skills, experience and education required:

• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Manual dexterity.
• Problem solving skills.
• Team Work
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• 1-2 years\' shop experience with similar responsibilities would be an asset.
• Technical experience in the automotive, truck and coach, heavy equipment, or related industry is an asset but is not required.

Schedule

• Shift work: days, afternoons, and weekend shifts.
• Number of days per week: 4 workdays.
