We are looking for an experienced Compliance Advisor to join our team. This role requires a strong background in interpreting complex regulations, conducting compliance reviews, and providing strategic. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience advising organizations on compliance, risk mitigation, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Interpret and apply legislation, policies, and guidelines to company operations and projects.
Develop compliance strategies and policies to ensure adherence to evolving regulatory frameworks.
Conduct audits and compliance reviews of internal processes and external suppliers.
Identify and analyze risks, recommend corrective actions, and implement preventive measures.
Prepare compliance reports and maintain accurate regulatory documentation.
Prepare and manage submissions for product licenses, renewals, and variations.
Maintain up-to-date regulatory files, ensuring accuracy and readiness for inspections.
Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and assess operational impact.
Advise internal teams on best practices in regulatory compliance and risk management.
Provide training sessions and resources to management and staff on compliance obligations.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and external partners as the primary compliance contact.
Analyze regulatory performance and identify opportunities for operational efficiency.
Lead projects focused on compliance optimization and policy development.
Experience & Skills
3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, legal advisory, or business consulting roles within health, legal, or related industries.
Proven ability to interpret and apply complex legislation and regulatory frameworks.
Strong advisory background with experience in audits, risk analysis, and policy development.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Project management experience with a track record of delivering compliance initiatives.
