Here's What

You'll

be Doing:

Manage vehicle contracts once initiated by Brand Ambassador/Specialists. Processes finance and lease deals accurately and fairly through financial sources to secure approval. Ensure that funding documents are fully completed and signed by customers, then sent to the relevant funding company for processing. Confirm that deposit has been received for sold vehicles. Entering warranty purchases to DMS (CDK). Performs other duties as required by the Sales Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years experience in a comparable role is required Detail-oriented and excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure with simultaneous deadlines. Ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends) based on retail hours of operation. Experience with licensing, CDK and 180 is an asset.
