About this role:

Provides compassionate, specialized care for patients and families dealing with a "life-altering" complex condition. It may include ventilation, special feeding systems, tracheostomy care, and special pain management The population of focus (pediatrics) Night shifts (9PM-7AM)

Requirements:

CNO registration in good standing Recent experience with tracheostomy care and ventilator management. Training will also be available. Recent experience in home care, chronic care or rehab setting, working with continuous complex care patients will be an asset Recent experience in pediatrics will be an asset Preferably with Driver's License and access to own vehicle
