We are seeking passionate and dedicated Soccer Coaches to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of soccer techniques and strategies, along with the ability to educate and inspire players of all skill levels. This role involves developing training programs, leading practice sessions, and fostering a positive team environment. The Soccer Coach will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills of athletes while promoting sportsmanship and teamwork.
Moreover, we are looking for recreational level Coaches, as well as Rep team (competitive level) Coaches. For both levels, previous experience is required, recreational level: min 1 year of experience, competitive level: min 2-3 years of experience (proper license is also required).
Brief Overview of the Club
The youth program of Red Force SC, was established back in 2022. Over the past 3 years, more 2000 young athletes have trained and played alongside Red Force. With a current size of 300 regular player, and 7 competitive Rep Teams that competes in the York Region Soccer League, we look to take our game to the next level, with help from experienced, knowledgeable and passionate coaches around the GTA.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to the needs of players.
Conduct regular practice sessions focusing on skill development, tactics, and game strategies.
Educate players on the rules of soccer, emphasizing sportsmanship and fair play.
Evaluate player performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Organize and manage team activities, including games, tournaments, and community events.
Foster a positive team culture that encourages teamwork, respect, and personal growth.
Communicate effectively with players, parents, and other coaching staff regarding team progress and goals.
Skills
Strong knowledge of soccer techniques, strategies, and rules.
Ability to educate players effectively, adapting coaching methods to suit different learning styles.
Excellent communication skills to engage with players, parents, and fellow coaches.
Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and motivate athletes to perform their best.
Experience in coaching or playing soccer at a competitive level is preferred.
Ability to swim is considered a nice-to-have skill for potential team-building activities or events.
