WHAT WILL YOU DO?




Manage enterprise-wide base pay structures and compensation frameworks. Support the design and continuous improvement of compensation programs to align with organizational strategy and market trends. Partner with People & Culture (P&C) teams to maintain accurate compensation data and reporting. Administer and project manage the annual compensation review cycle, including merit, bonus, and market adjustments. Conduct job analysis, leveling, and benchmarking to align with external market data and maintain internal equity across job families. Support leaders and P&C with appropriate job matching external survey data and compensation frameworks. Monitor market trends, conduct research, and provide insights to ensure pay practices remain competitive. Advise leaders and P&C partners on compensation matters and support effective communication of pay practices to employees. Ensure compensation programs comply with applicable legislation and reporting requirements. Maintain internal governance standards and documentation related to pay practices.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?




Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on compensation. CPP designation or working towards a certification is considered an asset. Demonstrated experience in administering compensation cycles, building compensation frameworks, and advising leaders and P&C teams on compensation strategies. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in HRIS reporting; experience with compensation surveys and benchmarking tools. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
