Analyzing, designing, and administering compensation programs including base pay, long and short-term incentives, commissions, etc.
Assisting in conducting market research analysis and compensation change management.
Participating in compensation surveys and analyzing market competitiveness.
Supporting the development and maintenance of compensation guidelines and policies.
Working closely with the Director, HR Technology & the Director, Total Rewards, assisting in maintaining any Total Rewards programs in the HRIS (currently, UKG).
Providing support to employees on different aspects of compensation including RRSP/401(k) plans, bonus/commissions, annual merit process, etc.
Collaborating with various decision-makers and department leadership on the development and management of compensation programs.
Supporting all Total Rewards offerings including sourcing, benchmarking, auditing, and maintaining employee benefits, incentives, and perks.
Providing support to the Director, Total Rewards on all aspects of the portfolio.
Education & Experience:
Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or other relatedfields.
3-5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience working in an analytics role within a Human Resources, Compensation, Finance, or Total Rewards team.
Experience working with an HRIS, using compensation software, and using benchmarking tools.
Knowledge of variable compensation plans and various compensation practices.
Work experience with Canada, US, UK, and Australia is a plus. Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong compensation program and market analysis capabilities.
Knowledge of provincial and federal laws pertinent to compensation and Total Rewards in the countries in which ITRG operates.
Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
