Position Summary:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Compensation, the Compensation Administrator provides professional-level support to the Total Compensation team in the development, implementation and review of compensation policies, procedures and programs, based on market best practices, by preparing and analyzing data, creating tools and training materials. The incumbent also serves as a key point of contact for day-to-day compensation inquiries for the HR community, supports program administration, and assists in special projects and policy reviews.
