Overview

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Company Drivers to join our team, specializing in hauling livestock across regional routes. If you're passionate about driving and enjoy the physical challenges that come with working in the trailer, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Safely transport livestock (primarily pigs) across regional routes Be on the road for 2-3 nights per week - typically not in a row Follow all regulatory requirements while on the road Ability to use ISAAC ELD (training provided)

Requirements:

Valid CDL with at at least 1 year of articulated truck/trailer experience Strong knowledge of transport regulations Ability to perform the physical demands of the job (working in the trailer, including bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.) Excellent communication and organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits:

Mileage based pay, with average earnings of $0.87/running mile on this fleet Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and retirement plan Regular home time with predictable schedule Support team environment and opportunities for career growth Shifting Gears program available to Company Drivers looking to become an Owner Operator in the future
