Responsibilities:

- Provide support and assistance to individuals in their homes or community
- Assist with meal preparation, ensuring that dietary needs and preferences are met
- Help with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules
- Assist with light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and organizing living spaces
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients
- Monitor and report any changes in clients' physical or mental health status
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors or healthcare professionals

Qualifications:

-Driver's License - required

-Reliable Vehicle - required

-Criminal Record Check- will be done in-house

-First Aid- willingness to get
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of home care practices and techniques is a plus
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with individuals with diverse abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with individuals and their families
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to undergo any necessary training or certifications required for the position

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
