Community Support Worker - Part-Time

Position Summary:

As a Community Support Worker, you will:

Provide direct support to individuals in their homes and the community. Assist with daily activities, including appointments, banking, meal preparation, and housekeeping. Encourage and support community inclusion and engagement. Contribute to the individual's overall quality of life. Maintain accurate and detailed progress notes after each shift and report to the Regional Manager.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma in Community Support Work or equivalent education in a related field preferred. Experience supporting individuals with diverse abilities and acquired brain injuries is an asset. Ability to establish and maintain personal boundaries. Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract required prior to start. Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check for working with vulnerable adults required prior to start. FoodSafe Level 1 certification is an asset. Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) certification is an asset.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary:

$25.50 - $26.00 per hour
