The

Community & Operations Manager

is the heart of our coworking space -- ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and productive environment for our members. This role combines hospitality, operations, and business management to deliver an exceptional member experience while maintaining efficient and profitable daily operations.

You'll be responsible for managing the space's day-to-day activities, providing concierge-level service to members, overseeing billing and administrative tasks, and ensuring the coworking community thrives.

Community & Member Experience

Serve as the primary point of contact for all members and guests, delivering exceptional service and support. Foster a sense of community through regular engagement, events, and communications. Manage member onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a smooth and positive experience. Act as the "face" of the space -- greeting visitors, providing tours, and assisting with inquiries.

Operations Management

Oversee the daily operations of the coworking space, ensuring facilities are well-maintained and fully functional. Coordinate with vendors, maintenance teams, and service providers for cleaning, repairs, and supplies. Maintain and enforce health, safety, and building policies. Manage technology systems (Wi-Fi, access control, printers, etc.) and troubleshoot as needed.

Financial Administration

Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing for memberships and additional services. Track and report revenue, occupancy, and expenses. Support the budgeting process and assist with financial reporting.

Sales & Marketing Support

Conduct tours for prospective members and assist with membership sales. Support marketing initiatives, including social media, newsletters, and community partnerships. Maintain up-to-date CRM and member databases.

Event Management

Plan and host community events, workshops, and networking sessions. Collaborate with partners and members to curate meaningful programming that enhances engagement.

Pay: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
