OVERVIEW

Your role is to delivere outstanding guest services, keeping the facility organized, and supporting sales growth. This role blends hospitality, administration, and membership sales to ensure every member and guest feels valued the moment they walk in.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience



Barista or bartending background (must):

Comfortable serving coffee and managing cafe operations.

Admin & sales exposure:

Experience handling emails, bookings, or customer sales is a strong asset.

Tech-savvy:

Confident using email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and CRM systems.

2. Personality



People-first:

Outgoing, approachable, and confident in conversation.

Action-taker:

Proactive and solution-driven under pressure.

Multitasker:

Organized to balance check-ins, sales conversations, and facility flow seamlessly.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



1. Administration & Communication



Handle emails, DMs, appointment confirmations, and member follow-ups. Ensure accurate scheduling and class bookings. Support internal communication across staff and trainers.

2. Sales & Memberships



Greet all guests warmly and create sales opportunities. Promote, upsell, and close memberships, trials, and training packages. Track leads, trial conversions, and membership renewals.

3. Operations



Serve coffee/espresso-based drinks during operating hours. Keep front desk, cafe, retail, and gym floor clean and organized. Assist with community events, social media content, and campaigns.

ONBOARDING



Training Phase:

New hires start at a reduced hourly rate while learning and demonstrating core skills (admin, cafe service, sales, and facility management). Full Pay & Bonuses: Once you've shown you can independently manage all responsibilities, your hourly rate increases to the full pay scale with eligibility for monthly performance bonuses tied to sales and service metrics.

PHASES



Phase I -- Onboarding (3 Months) Phase II -- Sales & Retention Leadership (6-12 Months) Phase III -- Operations & Team Leadership
Advancement requires consistent performance across KPIs for 3 consecutive months. Salary increase for every Phase with additional bonus pay.
