Libro has an opportunity for a passionately accountable Community Manager to support a location within the Windsor-Essex Region . Community Managers display leadership within their community and work to create a culture throughout the team that promotes involvement and impact locally that is aligned to Libro values and in promotion of awareness and growth. The Community Manager seeks to intimately understand the needs of the community, act as a connector and advocate on behalf of community priorities with the goal of building reciprocal relationships.

The Community Manager is a key leadership position that has ultimate responsibility for all aspects of the operations of a location of Libro Credit Union. Expectations include fostering a proactive advice & experience culture, coaching staff and Owners to achieve their potential while ensuring strong location sales, growth, revenue, expenses, and risk management practices. The Community Manager is expected to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals and targets, be an effective change leader, while ensuring that Owner and staff experiences are exceptional.

The Epic Human we are looking for will;

Build a strategic, measurable, actionable and adaptable business development plan that reinforces the corporate plan, and aligns well with a regional plan of local initiatives and activities including proactive networking by all staff

Effectively lead the location team by employing effective sales management practices and coaching in a relationship-based approach

Create and foster an environment that encourages personal responsibility and provides staff appropriate autonomy to make decisions and resolve problems

Be a role model for the delivery of an experience for customer-Owners and fellow staff consistent with Libro\'s Moment Matter sales leadership skills

Coach staff to own their career through personal development conversations

Ensure that the team is following Libro service standards throughout all Owner and internal partner interactions through observational coaching and reinforcement

Inspire, motivate and demonstrate strong change leadership skills

Seek to intimately understand community needs and Libro\xe2\x80\x99s role as a connectors, supporter and advocate

Build reciprocal and mutually beneficial relationships

Partner with the Regional Manager in support of Regional council

Accountable to manage the branch at an acceptable audit level while reviewing and potentially implementing business process improvement recommendations as identified

Responsible for coaching the Owner Experience Team on risk awareness and internals controls

Do you hold a post-secondary degree or diploma with 4-6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience within financial services

Have you demonstrated direct leadership experience; project leadership, mentoring/coaching, initiative, and leading others

Do you have the a bility to contribute effectively to the development of a Regional business plan and align teams through execution around the articulated priorities to create action plans and drive accountability

Are you an effective coach and leader in an enthusiastic sales and marketing environment
