Community Manager
for our location in Cochrane, Riverview Pointe. The ideal candidate will deliver an exceptional experience for our tenants.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to oversee one of the City Vibe rental properties in Calgary. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel in professional communication, and can time manage effectively between both leasing and tenant inquiries. A high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task is a must.
Job Responsibilities:
- Respond to leasing inquiries and conduct site tours with prospective tenants and process applications
- Securely maintain tenant records and keep up to date with all required renewal documentation
- Must be able to work on a flexible schedule and work on weekends
- Assisting Lease Administrators with renewals on as needed basis
- Ensure timely collections of rent payments or any other amounts due if needed. If required, assisting Accounts Receivable team with collections
- Preparing and posting notices timely when required. Maintaining copies and proof of posting notices within tenant files - Evictions, Notice to Enter, Violations etc.
- Manage and perform the move-in and move-out bookings and inspections
- Handle all tenant correspondence in a timely manner
- Coordinate suite maintenance repairs and follow-up with the on-site technician to ensure tenant requests are completed satisfactorily and timely
- Working with site maintenance and cleaning team to ensure property maintenance and cleanliness of both interior and exterior are completed in a timely manner
- Complete other tasks assigned by the Property Managers
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service and/or sales environment
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to work independently at one site
- Strong time management and customer service skills
- Effective written and oral communication
- Highly proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint
- Should be familiar with the Residential Tenancy Act and procedures
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must provide a current police clearance prior to start of employment
Experience in property management and/or leasing is an asset but not required.
