Job Description

We're looking for a driven and creative Community Growth & Talent Recruiter to join our team on a 1 year contract to help us grow our live streaming community! If you're passionate about digital culture, creator economies, and have a knack for outreach and relationship-building, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do:



Source, recruit, and onboard live streamers and gifters to our platform Manage outreach campaigns via social media, email, etc. Maintain accurate tracking, reporting, and documentation of recruitment efforts

About You:



Post-secondary education or equivalent experience 2+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, or business development Strong attention to detail with proven ability to manage sensitive data Strong organization and time managementskills Excellent communication skills Self-motivated, and thrive in startup environments Able to juggle multiple priorities under tight timelines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and e-signature tools (AdobeSign, Docusign)

Nice to Have:



Familiarity with creator economies or mobile streaming platforms is an asset
