We're looking for a Community Growth Specialist to help us bring our new web platform to life by building and engaging a community of users.
What You'll Do
Engage with users to grow our online community.
Manage and follow up on qualified leads provided to you, while also sourcing your own.
Communicate with prospective users via email, phone, text, and video calls in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
Use CRM systems, office tools (like spreadsheets), and multimedia software to track conversations and progress.
Operate social media accounts and contribute to our online presence by sharing and promoting platform updates.
Collaborate with the internal team to improve user experience and outreach strategies.
What You'll Need
A computer or smartphone with regular, reliable internet access.
Excellent communication skills -- both spoken and written English.
A positive and professional attitude with genuine interest in helping businesses grow.
Comfortable using CRMs, social media, and productivity tools.
Driven to meet and exceed growth goals while maintaining authenticity and transparency.
Experience in sales, marketing, or customer outreach is an asset, but not required -- we're looking for individuals who learn fast, communicate well, and care about building relationships.
