Job Title: Community Engagement & Sales Representative - Seniors Meal Services

About Heart To Home Meals:

Heart To Home Meals provides nutritious, delicious, and convenient meals specially designed for seniors. We're passionate about improving the lives of older adults through wholesome food and meaningful community engagement.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a personable, driven, and community-focused individual to represent Heart To Home Meals to health professionals, senior residences, and the wider community. The ideal candidate will conduct in-person presentations, facilitate food tastings, and make outbound calls to generate referrals and grow awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach & Presentations

Visit clinics, senior centers, and care homes to present our services Organize and conduct food tasting sessions for staff and residents Build and maintain strong relationships with health professionals, caregivers, and senior living communities

Outbound Calls

Reach out to potential referral sources (e.g., doctors' offices, home care services) Follow up with leads from events, inquiries, and past customers Document outreach efforts and report on call metrics

Marketing Support

Distribute brochures and promotional material Represent the brand at community events, trade shows, and networking gatherings

Customer Education

Provide information to seniors and their families about our menu, ordering process, and nutrition benefits Offer support and guidance with first-time orders or special dietary needs

Ideal Candidate:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable with public speaking and engaging different audiences Experience in sales, healthcare, or community outreach is an asset Passionate about supporting senior health and well-being Organized, proactive, and able to work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
