Duties
Oversee and supervise project teams to ensure timely delivery of services and adherence to quality standards.
Develop and implement engagement strategies that enhance client relationships and promote organizational objectives.
Conduct public speaking engagements to represent the organization at various events, effectively communicating our mission and services.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
Collect and analyze data related to client engagement, using insights to inform strategy adjustments.
Provide administrative support by coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining documentation related to projects.
Assist in recruiting efforts by identifying potential candidates and participating in the interview process.
Facilitate training sessions or workshops aimed at enhancing team skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
Proven experience in supervising teams or managing projects is essential.
Strong public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively.
Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
Background in marketing strategies that drive client engagement is highly desirable.
Exceptional leadership qualities with a focus on team development and motivation.
Experience in data collection methods for analyzing engagement metrics is preferred.
Administrative experience that includes organizing tasks efficiently is beneficial.
