Overview
We are seeking a Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working on community development to become dementia-friendly. It would include conducting presentations to business to increase the awareness of dementia in the province.
Responsibilities
- Engaging communities in the province in awareness campaigns.
-Conducting presentations to First Responders and business on dementia.
- Collect and analyze data to measure engagement metrics and outcomes
- Educate team members on best practices for enhancing engagement
- Perform administrative tasks related to engagement programs
- Conduct public speaking engagements to promote organizational initiatives
- Assist in recruiting efforts to attract engaged individuals
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase engagement levels
- Manage engagement projects from inception to completion
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to inspire team members
Skills
- Proficiency in project management techniques
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate others
- Experience in data collection and analysis
- Knowledge of recruitment strategies for engaging talent
- Familiarity with marketing principles for enhancing engagement levels
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
