Community Engagement Coordinator
to own that conversation.
This role is about understanding how millions of people interact with our content, identifying patterns in audience behavior, and turning community feedback into better content, stronger narratives, and smarter growth decisions.

What This Role Is Really About
You are the bridge between the audience and the content team. You shape conversation, protect the brand, and extract signal from noise.
You think in patterns, not individual comments, and you feed the content team clear, structured insights so we improve every single week.
What You'll Own
Community Engagement & Brand Representation
Own growth and engagement across MDT's social communities
Engage firearm audiences with accurate, responsible shooting knowledge
Represent MDT's brand voice consistently and without exception
Turn negative interactions into productive, brand-positive conversations
Reply strategically to guide discussion, sentiment, and reach
Use platform-specific features to drive organic engagement
Identify and engage high-value community members and recurring contributors
Audience Intelligence & Sentiment
Monitor comments, discussions, groups, and forums across platforms
Track recurring questions, objections, praise, and criticism
Identify misinterpretations early and clearly explain what went wrong
Break down audience confusion into simple, actionable insights for the content team
Identify what traits the audience responds to most (authority, humor, directness, etc.)
Think in trends and patterns, not one-off reactions
Content Feedback & Ideation
Source content ideas directly from audience comments
Identify sequel, clarification, and "Part 2" opportunities
Collect audience stories worth featuring
Recommend platform-appropriate content based on real audience response
Maintain an ongoing idea bank driven by community insight
Support launch-related content planning with audience-driven input
Trend & Community Monitoring
Stay embedded in firearm-related platforms, groups, and forums
Track emerging slang, beliefs, values, and shifts in the shooting community
Identify early "hot topics" or trends before they peak
Compare audience behavior across platforms (YouTube, Instagram, X, Reddit, Facebook, etc.)
You Are

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
