This role will support engagement activities and community investment programs, working closely with community partners and other stakeholders to achieve success as a member of the Communications and External Engagement team. Tracking regular interactions and activities.Administer employee giving programs and lotto, including promotion, administration, and reporting.Assist in event planning and execution, including managing logistics and communicating with participants.Coordinate internal stakeholder advisory committee meetings.Coordinate community investment initiatives and corporate partnerships.Support the execution of activation plans, including funding announcements and community engagement activities.Track and process invoicing related to community investment initiatives and other external engagement activities.Monitor and report on the progress of community engagement initiatives, providing regular updates as required to senior leadership or for other purposes.Monitor and track stakeholder engagement and community investment initiatives as they relate to KPIs and interactions.
