Community Disability Support Worker

Job Description
We are currently recruiting Community Disability Support Workers (CDSWs) to provide supports to our clients in several residences across Lacombe and Red Deer. CDSWs provide support to our clients in both residential and community settings, supporting clients with their independence. We are currently seeking staff who have experience working with and managing complex behaviours and providing personal care needs as part of a team.
Salary: $19.66/hour weekdays, $21.29/hour weekends
Qualifications:
Confidence in providing supports to people with developmental disabilities Comfortable with providing various levels of personal care Ability to work under pressure Able to work closely with a team High School Diploma
Requirements:
Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle Successful candidates must provide a Vulnerable Sector Check Emergency Level C First Aid (obtainable within first three months of hire)
Opportunities:
