Job Description

We are accepting resumes for a part time position in a community based home, with female Individuals

We operate on a two week rotating roster and would require standard availbility.

Positive reliable individuals with

First Aid Level C CPR Vulernable Sector Check Reliable, properly insured vehicle , and the ability to transport Individuals within the community
and the ability to meet the following description are encouraged to submit a resume.

Duties:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support individuals in meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Assist with medication management and administration
- Help individuals with mobility and transportation needs
- Support individuals in participating in recreational activities and community outings
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals

Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with various cognitive and physical disabilities in group home settings
- Knowledge of person-centered care approaches and techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with individuals with disabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
- Flexibility and reliability to work various shifts
