Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Care Aide to join our team for various shifts at our in-patient center. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing direct medical care. This role involves ensuring the safety and well-being of patients, providing medical care, and supporting the overall health of our clients.

Responsibilities

Monitor the facility and ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff during overnight shifts. Respond to medical situations and provide assistance. Dispense medications (bubble packed) as needed. Assess patients' conditions and determine appropriate medical treatment. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care. Provide friendly support and assistance to clients as needed.

Requirements

Experience in providing direct medical care. Certification as a healthcare aide or equivalent qualification. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction. Commitment to providing high-quality client care. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong organizational skills.
