Overview:
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in the Armstrong/Salmon Arm area.

As a Support Worker, you will provide essential assistance and care to individuals in need. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties may include:
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration
- Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment
- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition or behavior
- Assist with mobility and transportation needs
- Follow care plans and ensure individual needs are met
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to provide the best possible care

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving, assisted living, home care, or similar roles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with individuals in need
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and needs

This position offers a competitive starting wage, with an increase and benefits available after the 6-month probation period.
