About the PositionThis role will play a key role in the execution of the corporate communications strategies of ATS Traffic by delivering value-added, on-brand content to internal and external audiences. The successful candidate is expected to be an organized self-starter and multitasker who works well under pressure, follows through on tasks, embraces technology, and has a passion for results.You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team of established Marketing and Communications professionals, in an exciting, fast-paced industry. By applying creativity and best practices throughout the content generation process, the Communications Specialist will be tasked to utilize a variety of tools and mediums to create, refine and share pieces of content that are impactful, align to corporate goals, and resonate with various audiences.Key Accountabilities
  • Plan, research and create optimized, digital content for the company website, social media, newsletters, and other digital channels, including writing and publishing formal letters, memos, bid proposals, case studies, news releases, and reporting on results
  • Continuously improve, measure, and evaluate existing communications templates, channels, and tools to meet changing requirements and to maximize impact
  • Assist in the execution and coordination of Marketing projects, events, and campaigns
  • Act as the central point of contact on assigned content projects and lead the work of various contributing teams
  • Monitor proposal content to ensure compliance to technical proposal requirements/evaluation criteria while maintaining an organized library of templates and resources
  • Facilitate multi-disciplined groups in brainstorming and developing solutions to key aspects of the proposal, providing tactical advice and guidance with the ability to drive strategy and solutions that result in winning submissions
  • Acquire and maintain a detailed knowledge of the company\xe2\x80\x99s policies, principles, and strategies, to optimize internal media library and share regular updates to employee intranet
  • Build and maintain relationships with various ATS Traffic business units and key external stakeholders
  • Support corporate and internal communications needs as required
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Communications or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position
