The Role





In this role you will:


Coordinate the production schedule of work, assisting team members by project tracking, monitoring deadlines, maintaining organized records, and consulting with employees and managers to meet deadlines Serve as a liaison between internal teams, internal clients, and external vendors to keep communications timely and clear Facilitate reviews and approvals by circulating materials among internal clients and government Oversee quality checks by proofreading and sending content for translation, copy editing, web and intranet postings, and formatting Ensure all internal and external communication material is in accordance with Agricorp's visual branding and logo standards Build and maintain a variety of communication templates in accordance with Agricorp's brand standards

Job status:

6 months contract (posting for an existing vacancy)


Work status:

Full time in office


Salary Range:

$63,814 - $75,075


Location:

Must live in Ontario to perform this role


Qualifications


------------------


Post-secondary degree or diploma in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, or equivalent experience Experience creating collateral or educational materials, inside an agri-industry or financial services company an asset Experience with Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, and with Macromedia Contribute Experience with a project management/print production/scheduling system of tracking multi-faceted projects amongst diverse stakeholders Knowledge of Agricorp programs an asset
