Responsibilities:

Draft, edit, and distribute internal communications to support organizational priorities across various banners Manage, update and maintain Glentel's communication portal (iConnect), ensuring accuracy and timeliness of content Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and ensure clarity of information delivered to the field Monitor engagement and feedback to continuously improve communication effectiveness Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns, announcements, and initiatives Perform other related duties as needed

Profile

Post-secondary education in Communications, Marketing, Business or a combination of related education and work experience Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to clarity and detail Ability to organize information clearly and tailor messaging for retail field Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Knowledge of Adobe, Canva, Photoshop and relevant imaging software is an asset Bilingual English/French is an asset Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Ability to multi-task and exercise sound judgment to prioritize activities
