The organization is hiring a Project Manager, who will be a key member of the Global Product Security team at one of our largest global clients in the consumer electronics and technology sectors.
This is a role at the intersection of consumer electronics, customer success management, research science, and security consulting. While we welcome expertise in the security field, it is not required, and this is a great opportunity for the right person with broad interests and a unique background to use those talents and life experience to contribute to some of the most exciting developments in consumer technology.
This role will work with Global Security Leadership to assess scenarios for threats impacting confidential projects that may result in leaks, losses, or theft and provide recommendations for mitigation. Scenarios range in variety from engaging with new third parties, to user experience research, to new product launch events.
Project Manager Responsibilities
Oversee the operational excellence of workflows related to Team Documentation Management
Ensure documentation is saved in the appropriate location
Ensure documentation is easily accessible
Update internal GS Standards & Policy as required
Oversee successful completion of documentation on assigned projects within the allotted time
Provide initial draft of deliverables using the appropriate template (Word Doc or Deck)
Follow up with SMEs to ensure projects are completed and posted in a timely manner
Document and oversee the completion of project deliverables and milestones to support FTE Leadership
Manage GS Initiatives and ensure alignment with team goals
Update and maintain internal resources with relevant information
Oversee systematic updates of team Standards, Guidelines, and Policy
Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Collaborate with leadership to define short-term and long-term program and project goals
Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and verify weekly that expectations are being met
Ensure quality of all written deliverables and presentations to leadership
Conduct desktop research to comprehend and assess highly technical R&D projects; advise on confidentiality and security concerns
Attend meetings with cross-functional stakeholders as assigned; document key points and deliverables for management review
Partner with management and SMEs (information security, law, privacy, etc.) to compile information and provide recommendations
Oversee the compilation of reports on possible security gaps and mitigation opportunities; convert findings into presentation decks
Present key findings and recommendations periodically to senior leadership
Support process optimization by overseeing the publishing of Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, and Best Practices for internal and external stakeholders
Education/Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required and at least 5 years of professional experience
Familiarity with the latest information from Reality Labs
Interest and passion for self-learning (not necessarily expressed via an advanced degree; could include business management, history, or sciences)
Experience in, or willingness to learn about, applied customer success management, relationship building, and similar skills in nontraditional environments
Strong business writing ability
Ability to work independently to deliver concrete results with minimal direction
Ability to work collaboratively, diplomatically, and act as a positive business influencer within a distributed team and with diverse stakeholders
Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Estimated Pay Range: The estimated pay range for this position is USD $80,000/Yr. - USD $82,000/Yr. This is an exempt role.
