We are looking for a talented Communications Coordinator Intern to actively aid the Communications and HR teams with the studio\xe2\x80\x99s internal and external communications. Focusing on writing, event planning and content creation, you will be part of a creative and innovative environment where you can develop your writing, planning and analytical skills as you contribute a fresh perspective to the culture and branding of the studio. From the beginning of your adventure with us, you will:

• Draft and revise written communications including newsletters, emails, social media copy and internal documents
• Partner with cross-functional departments and external vendors to assist with the planning, organization and coordination of company events and speaking opportunities, both internal and external
• Support the team using strong research and reporting skills to help monitor competitor marketing actions and propose creative ideas to improve Gameloft Toronto\xe2\x80\x99s exposure
• Become an ambassador by developing a deep understanding of the organization\'s mission and impact of its work

Qualifications
Qualifications

• Working towards a degree in Communications, Journalism, Business Administration, Marketing or related field
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and spoken in English, are a must
• Knowledge of social media strategy and platforms
• Knowledge of industry-related news, trends and conversations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience in graphic design and/or video creation preferred
• Familiarity with Adobe or Canva is a bonus
• Ability to collaborate with different teams and departments within our local Gameloft studio
• Resourceful, with an enthusiasm for excellence, creativity and problem-solving
