About the role
Bethany Care Society is seeking a Communications and Marketing Specialist who will play an integral role in the organization, shaping how Bethany is seen, understood, and experienced by our residents, families, employees, partners, and the broader community. As a key storyteller and brand steward, this role collaborates with internal teams and external partners to plan and execute communications and marketing initiatives that strengthen our organization's brand and visual identity. This includes developing advertising, website content, social media campaigns, event materials, and other collateral. The role will also ensure consistent messaging across all platforms, manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment, analyze performance metrics, and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, able to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, managing multiple priorities, and adapting messaging to meet diverse stakeholder needs. This role also requires sound judgment, creativity, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
