Description:
Reporting to the Senior Advisor - Communications, the jobholder serves as a communications specialist, in addition to having an advisory role with internal clients and sees to the creation and dissemination of the various activities in the unit. The jobholder carries out various communication, promotion, advertising and information activities for citizens. The jobholder recommends action plans and communication strategies, and monitors the resulting programs, projects and activities.

The mission of the Communications Department is to ensure the quality of the City's communications with citizens and other audiences and to maintain the City's reputation and the consistency of its image.
