Position

The Communications Advisor has the primary responsibilities of drafting, optimizing, and publishing

various types of content intended for a diverse audience in both French and English.

External communications:

Management and planning

• Implement activities outlined in communication plans.
• Oversee the annual media plan and ensure projects are delivered within deadlines.
• Ensure the coherence, cost effectiveness, and timeliness of communication activities.
• Collaborate in developing the annual marketing plan.
• Coordinate and monitor projects involving various stakeholders.

Content marketing

• Be responsible for the development and execution of content marketing.
• Write content of various types and styles adapted to the target audience, including articles,blogs, social media posts, speeches, reports, presentations, web content, and fact sheets.

Social networks

• Be responsible for publications on social networks, including content writing, editorial calendar, and publishing.
• Optimize all publications.
• Supervise LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
• Monitor activity on social media networks.

Other responsibilities and activities

• Ensure rigorous quality control.
• Manage and complete the company\'s entries in various industry competitions and awards.
• Manage supplier relations, as required.
• Provide communications support to other Croesus departments.
• Integrate content into various digital communication tools.
• Be on the lookout for opportunities related to promotion, advertising, and forming partnerships.

Requirements

Education and experience

• Undergraduate degree in administration, communications, journalism, public relations, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of communications experience in the B2B IT or financial services sector.
• Experience with LinkedIn, SEMRush, and HootSuite.

Skills

• Strong writing skills, ability to analyze and synthesize, ability to communicate and present ideas both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Fully bilingual (French and English).
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit, and positive attitude.
• Autonomy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong interest in IT and the financial industry.

Other information

Fixed-term position from November 13, 2023, to April 12, 2024 (5 months)

potential for 4 days a week (30 hours), Monday to Thursday
