Canadian Hearing Services has an opening for a Communication Devices Specialist, preferably based in Ontario, responsible for achieving sales targets across all stages of the sales process, from initial contact to customer satisfaction. This role involves identifying key market segments within educational institutions, school boards, businesses, and other sectors to promote and sell Assistive Listening Devices (ALD) and Accessible Services.
Reporting to the Supervisor, Operations and eCommerce, this role will include the following:
Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, school boards, and businesses to provide ongoing onsite and virtual trainings, consultations, equipment installation, after-sales support, and maintenance of existing equipment.
Collaborate with manufacturers, vendors, and internal staff regarding new or improved technologies, invoicing, and return policies.
Respond to customer calls and emails and provide support in a professional and efficient manner.
Promote accessibility awareness and the benefits of communication devices and accommodations for individuals who are culturally Deaf, oral deaf, deafened, or hard of hearing through presentations, workshops, and trade shows.
